Known for her mastery of belly dance, superb technique and lovely veil work, Sarah Skinner is a multi talented artist. In addition to innovative performances, she is equally well-known as a dance photographer and costume designer. She took dance classes starting at age 5. When Sarah Skinner was 11 she attended an Oriental Dance show by Gamila of Montreal. The mesmerizing beauty of that mature performance moved and inspired Sarah: That day she knew she would become a belly dancer. She started taking Belly Dance classes, and grew up being a part of a wonderful dance troupe in upstate New York performing in Montreal and the Northeastern US.
