In answer to the last question, Bio Oil is manufactured from natural essential oils such as calendula, lavender, rosemary and chamomile. Vitamins A and E, a rose fragrance and colouring (don’t know why) are added together within an oil base. Some of the ingredients sound a bit scary, but using their Latin or scientific names can do that! For example, benzyl salicylate occurs naturally in a variety of plants and plant extracts and is widely used in blends of fragrance materials.
